Paid chart service

Stackfetti publishes paid software placements ranked by active contribution. Every visible product position is sponsored. Payment does not guarantee traffic, a fixed rank, indexing, or continued availability.

Accounts and ownership

No Stackfetti account is required to pay. You must provide accurate contact and product information and have authority to promote the submitted product. Do not impersonate another company or submit malicious, deceptive, illegal, or infringing services.

Content license

You retain ownership of submitted material and grant Stackfetti a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, format, display, and promote it while operating the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights.

Moderation

Stackfetti may edit formatting, request evidence, suspend links, reject placements, or remove material to protect visitors and service integrity. Rejected placements are handled under the advertiser refund terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackfetti disclaims implied warranties and indirect or consequential damages. Any liability cap and governing-law clause must be completed by launch counsel for the operating entity.
